The closing date for our prize draw will be 23rd June 2024, at 11:59 pm. The winner will be drawn on the 25th June 2024 at 7 pm live by the NLA. The draw will be aired live on Instagram and Facebook and a video of the draw will be posted on our social media accounts. The winner will be contacted on the day of the draw and, once they have been notified, their name and county of residence will be displayed on the website and social media pages.

Yes, there are no restrictions on the entrants' country of residency.

You will have 60 days to find the property that you wish for us to purchase for you.

The property must be a residential property - either an apartment or a house and has to be already built.

You can buy as many properties as you'd like as long as it fits within the winning budget.

The property must be located within the Ghana.

For the grand prize the winner will be drawn by the national lottery authority (NLA) nla.com.gh

After you have purchased a ticket, you will be randomly assigned a ticket number.

To increase your probability of winning, you need to buy more tickets. Keep in mind that every number in the draw has an equal probability of being chosen as the winning number. Never spend money that you can't afford to lose.
